At ECOMMWAVE, we strive to deliver exceptional results. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on our services and products.
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances: • Service has not yet commenced (full refund available) • Significant deviation from agreed project scope • Technical failure on our part that prevents delivery • Duplicate payment or billing error Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase or service commencement.
For our service packages (Starter, Growth, Complete Overhaul): • Before work begins: 100% refund • Within first 48 hours of work: 75% refund • After 48 hours but before delivery: 50% refund (covers work already completed) • After delivery: No refund (revision requests available instead) All refund amounts are calculated based on the original purchase price.
For premium Shopify theme purchases: • Digital products are non-refundable once the download link or access is provided • If the theme has a technical defect, we will provide a fix or replacement • If we cannot resolve the issue, a full refund will be issued • Theme customization services follow the service package refund terms above
To request a refund: 1. Contact us via email at info@ecommwave.org or Instagram @ecomm_wave 2. Include your order ID, purchase date, and reason for the refund 3. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days 4. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method 5. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account We may request additional information to process your request.
The following are not eligible for refunds: • Completed and delivered services that meet the agreed specifications • Custom work that has been approved by the client • Rush or expedited service fees • Consultation fees for sessions already conducted • Services where the client has failed to provide required materials or feedback within the agreed timeline
If you are unsatisfied with our decision: • You may request a second review by a senior team member • We are committed to finding a fair resolution • If we cannot reach an agreement, you may pursue resolution through your payment provider We value our client relationships and will always work to find a mutually agreeable solution.
