ECOMMWAVE provides eCommerce solutions including: • Custom Shopify store development • Store design and brand building • Digital marketing and growth strategies • SEO optimization services • Google Ads management • Premium Shopify themes • Store evaluation and audit services Service specifications, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in individual project agreements.

By using our services, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials • Use our services only for lawful purposes • Not interfere with or disrupt our services • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations • Respect intellectual property rights

Payment terms for our services are as follows: • All prices are quoted in the currency displayed at checkout • Payment is required as specified in your service agreement • We accept payments through Paystack and other approved methods • Refunds are subject to our refund policy and project status • Late payments may result in service suspension • Additional work outside the agreed scope requires separate payment For custom projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.

Intellectual property rights are handled as follows: • ECOMMWAVE retains ownership of proprietary tools, templates, and processes • Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom work created specifically for their project • Pre-existing materials and third-party assets remain property of their respective owners • Clients grant us permission to showcase completed work in our portfolio (unless otherwise agreed) • Our brand, logo, and content are protected by copyright and trademark laws

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • ECOMMWAVE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service • We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions (hosting, payment processors, etc.) • We do not guarantee specific business results or revenue outcomes • You use our services at your own risk This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability.

Either party may terminate the service relationship: • With written notice as specified in the project agreement • Immediately if the other party breaches these terms • Upon mutual agreement Upon termination: • Client must pay for all work completed • We will provide any completed deliverables • Confidentiality obligations continue • Licenses granted for completed work remain in effect

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through: • Good faith negotiation • Mediation if negotiation fails • Binding arbitration or court proceedings as a last resort The parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts for dispute resolution.
